Job Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years sales experience required
- At least 1 year cold calling experience required
- Ability to work flexible daytime hours Monday to Friday
- Must be able to work on-site at USA Lincoln Park
- Ability to open the facility as a key holder after training
- Must have a confident, fun, and outgoing personality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Experience with cold calling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in social media marketing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in event coordination or recreational facility preferred
Job Duties
- Contact public and private schools, churches, clubs, scouts, youth groups, and local businesses to organize special promotional events
- Schedule fundraising activities, parties, and STEM field trips
- Promote events through social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
- Serve as a key holder and open the building after training
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution
- Manage event logistics and client communications
- Track and report on sales and event outcomes
