Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our senior leadership team to manage and coordinate all aspects of our conference services across four hotel properties. This pivotal role involves overseeing the sales, planning, and execution of conference events, playing a key role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of our events. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership and support to the conference services department and develop strategic sales initiatives tailored to the conference and event market.

As the Sales Conference Services Manager, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, building effective relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your role will include managing logistics for events such as catering, audio-visual setups, and accommodation coordination, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction. The position demands outstanding organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage a team of conference service professionals. You will also be tasked with monitoring performance metrics, maintaining accurate records, and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance and grow our conference services segment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and event planning
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication negotiation interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Delphi preferred
