This opportunity is to join Appellation Hotels as a Sales Coordinator, a full-time role designed for a highly organized, customer-centric individual energized by fast-paced environments. The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales & Marketing team to drive revenue and ensure flawless event and guest experience management. Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, managing communications, and building positive relationships with guests, clients, and vendors
- Support the Sales & Marketing team by coordinating appointments, site tours, meetings, and event-related activities
- Process deposits, booking confirmations, invoices, event billing, and post-event correspondence
- Prepare and distribute event documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and other departmental materials
- Manage departmental inboxes, phone calls, filing systems, office supplies, and administrative functions
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, special events, and community outreach efforts
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor communications
- Maintain accurate records and data within company systems and ensure information is organized and up to date
- Collaborate with team members across departments to support sales goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
