The Sales Coordinator is a pivotal role within the Sales & Marketing team at Appellation Lodi. This full-time position requires a dynamic individual who excels at multitasking, relationship-building, and delivering exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will be instrumental in supporting the sales process by managing communications with guests, clients, and vendors, coordinating appointments and events, and maintaining essential administrative operations. Key responsibilities encompass providing outstanding customer service, organizing site tours and meetings, processing financial transactions related to bookings and events, and assisting with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, managing communications, and building positive relationships with guests, clients, and vendors
- Support the Sales & Marketing team by coordinating appointments, site tours, meetings, and event-related activities
- Process deposits, booking confirmations, invoices, event billing, and post-event correspondence
- Prepare and distribute event documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and other departmental materials
- Manage departmental inboxes, phone calls, filing systems, office supplies, and administrative functions
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, special events, and community outreach efforts
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor communications
- Maintain accurate records and data within company systems and ensure information is organized and up to date
- Collaborate with team members across departments to support sales goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
