United Legwear is currently seeking a motivated and personable Sales Advisor for its Ted Baker boutique at the prestigious Bloomingdale's store in Tyson's Corner. This is a vital onsite retail position offering an hourly wage of $19.00 to $20.00. The Sales Advisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while promoting the high standards and fashionable products of the Ted Baker brand. The successful candidate will bring a passion for fashion paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create memorable shopping experiences. The Sales Advisor will engage with customers using a structured approach—Greet, Observe, Talk, Fit, Assist, Thank (GOTFAT)—to build rapport and brand loyalty. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge via brand training, supporting visual merchandising, adhering to operational policies, and collaborating effectively within a team and with store partners. This position requires flexibility for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, emphasizing adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment. Physical demands include standing and walking for prolonged periods, handling merchandise, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
