Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and through multiple digital platforms
- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to work Monday through Saturday with flexible shifts

Job Duties
- Meet and greet customers in person, via phone, email, text, and social media
- Pair customers' vehicle requests and needs with the perfect new or used vehicle
- Maintain active communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer queries accurately
- Handle sales transactions and financing options efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
