Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods 4-8 hours with periodic breaks
- perform repetitive motions such as chopping stirring and operating equipment
- frequent bending stooping squatting stretching twisting and reaching above eye level
- capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
- occasional sitting talking and active listening
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with appropriate lifting equipment or assistance
- ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- proven leadership and team development skills
- strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
- financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
- problem-solving skills
- excellent verbal and written communication
- ability to manage multiple priorities and staff
- strong attention to detail and compliance with health and safety standards
Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations
- assist the restaurant manager with team leadership
- ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
- manage financial performance including budget and cost control
- create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient restaurant environment
- foster a positive and respectful workplace culture
- resolve customer complaints effectively
