Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for extended periods 4-8 hours with periodic breaks
  • perform repetitive motions such as chopping stirring and operating equipment
  • frequent bending stooping squatting stretching twisting and reaching above eye level
  • capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
  • occasional sitting talking and active listening
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with appropriate lifting equipment or assistance
  • ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
  • compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
  • financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
  • problem-solving skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and staff
  • strong attention to detail and compliance with health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • assist the restaurant manager with team leadership
  • ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
  • manage financial performance including budget and cost control
  • create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient restaurant environment
  • foster a positive and respectful workplace culture
  • resolve customer complaints effectively
