Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder as needed
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with assistance for heavier loads
- Ability to move efficiently in kitchen and dining areas
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in loud, fast-paced, and varying temperature environments including hot and cold zones

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
