Job Duties

  • Prepare guest, catering, and online orders to spec ensuring portion accuracy
  • keep the line fully stocked and ready throughout the day
  • maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
  • assist in prep work, restocking, and keeping utensils and bowls clean
  • help close the day by cleaning and organizing the salad line, prep tables, and equipment
  • follow all knife safety protocols and learn our seasonally changing menu
  • adhere to our uniform policy and maintain a polished appearance
  • take on additional tasks as needed by your manager
