Job Duties

  • Prepare guest, catering, and online orders to spec, ensuring portion accuracy
  • Keep the line fully stocked and ready throughout the day
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
  • Assist in prep work, restocking, and keeping utensils/bowls clean
  • Help close the day by cleaning and organizing the salad line, prep tables, and equipment
  • Follow all knife safety protocols and learn our seasonally changing menu
  • Adhere to our uniform policy and maintain a polished appearance
  • Take on additional tasks as needed by your manager
