Job Duties
- Prepare guest, catering, and online orders to spec, ensuring portion accuracy
- keep the line fully stocked and ready throughout the day
- maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
- assist in prep work, restocking, and keeping utensils/bowls clean
- help close the day by cleaning and organizing the salad line, prep tables, and equipment
- follow all knife safety protocols and learn the seasonally changing menu
- adhere to uniform policy and maintain a polished appearance
- take on additional tasks as needed by the manager
