This role involves crafting guest, catering, and online orders with exact specifications and portion accuracy, maintaining a clean and organized salad line, and ensuring adherence to food safety and knife safety protocols. The Salad Maker is responsible for keeping the line fully stocked, assisting in prep work, and supporting the overall operational flow of the kitchen.
