We are currently seeking a Salad Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Salad Cook, you will play a vital role as the foundation of our kitchen success by carefully preparing salads that meet our high standards for quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and exhibit a genuine love for food and commitment to perfect execution. This position demands an individual who values guest-focused service and possesses the ability to work collaboratively, communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing salads using established production procedures, keeping the salad station fully stocked, organized, and clean throughout your shift. The position also occasionally involves assisting with dessert preparation and plating as needed. Maintaining proper food handling techniques, ensuring food safety, and complying with sanitation and hygiene standards are critical components of this job. You will also be tasked with reporting equipment issues and maintaining a clean and efficient work area for a seamless operation.

Candidates must be at least of legal working age and capable of handling small kitchen tools safely. Job Duties
