Panera's commitment extends beyond the workplace, offering substantial benefits such as paid vacation, sick time, holidays, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as pet insurance and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. The company also supports career advancement and leadership development opportunities, tuition discounts, as well as various perks and rewards for team members. The position requires flexibility, with shifts including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment.
