The Salad/Pantry position at Perry's is a crucial role that supports the smooth operation of the kitchen by preparing and maintaining the salad and pantry areas according to high standards. This role includes setting up the stations to meet restaurant guidelines, restocking necessary items throughout shifts, and adhering to recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications rigidly.   • Previous kitchen or pantry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Setting up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines
  • Restock all items as needed throughout the shift
  • Follow recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in station
  • Perform basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following restaurant specifications for quality while following proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Perform additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chefs or Managers at any time
