The Salad/Pantry position at Perry's plays an integral role in maintaining the high standards of the restaurant’s service. Job Duties

  • Set up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines
  • restock all items as needed throughout the shift
  • follow recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
  • demonstrate understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in station
  • perform basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following restaurant specifications for quality while following proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • perform additional responsibilities as requested by chefs or managers
