Job Requirements
- Associate's degree
- Two or more years of transportation experience including operations or safety
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Ability to develop safety programs and training materials
- Proficient in safety documentation and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and mentor employees

- Experience with safety technologies such as Drive Cam and Elogs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and deliver safety training programs
- Proven ability to engage and mentor employees
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Job Duties
- Develop and implement safety initiatives and interactive safety programs partnering with operations to address safety concerns
- Document accidents safety events corrective action warnings or probations verbal conversations emails observations positives
- Conduct driver orientations and develop relationships with drivers to educate them on culture and values
- Perform road tests with drivers and remedial evaluations
- Maintain full understanding of FMCSA regulations safety policies and safety equipment including Drive Cam Elogs Crash Avoidance systems
- Run daily safety reports to ensure driver compliance with federal state regulations and company policies
- Develop content and present material at quarterly driver meetings
- Monitor and report KPIs to operations and communicate safety needs
- Maintain ongoing communication and positive working relationships with vendors
- Coach and mentor drivers
