The company is dedicated to delivering innovative smart solutions that address the complex challenges faced by clients worldwide. Established on values of integrity, innovation, and excellence, Parsons fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment where employees are empowered to unleash their talents and reach their full potential.

Parsons is currently seeking a talented Safety Manager for Airport Construction projects based in Colorado. This key role focuses on ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel involved in airport expansion projects, helping to guarantee that everyone returns home safely at the end of each day. The Safety Manager will play a critical role in overseeing safety efforts across aviation-related construction sites, balancing compliance with FAA regulations, OSHA standards, and airport-specific safety management systems. This is a full-time, corporate team position offering a competitive salary range from $112,200 to $196,400 per year.

The Safety Manager will be responsible for developing and managing project-specific safety plans aligned with Parsons’ Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) and the airport’s Safety Management System. This includes conducting daily site inspections both airside and landside to proactively identify hazards, monitor contractor compliance, and verify that corrective measures are effectively implemented. The role requires collaboration with construction managers, airport authorities, inspectors, tenants, and contractors, as well as leading safety committee meetings to maintain continuous improvement in safety performance.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety and over 10 years of experience in construction safety, particularly within airport terminal construction projects. Familiarity with airfield operations, FAA and OSHA regulations, and experience conducting job hazard analyses and reviewing subcontractor safety programs are essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with public speaking and presentation capabilities, are required to effectively convey safety protocols and incident reports to stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate must be able to pass stringent airport and customs background checks for access to secure areas and hold current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.

Parsons values employee well-being and offers a wide range of best-in-class benefits designed to support both professional and personal growth. These include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k) retirement plans, life insurance, flexible work arrangements, and paid holidays. Employees are encouraged to grow through training, mentorship, and educational programs, and also benefit from wellness initiatives such as weekly meditation and wellness activities. Parsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, providing a supportive environment where every employee can thrive and make a meaningful impact.

Joining Parsons as a Safety Manager offers a unique opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure projects that enhance airport operations nationwide while working with an industry leader that values safety, innovation, and employee success. If you are passionate about fostering a safe work environment and advancing your career in airport construction safety management, Parsons invites you to apply and be part of a team that is defining the future of infrastructure worldwide.
