Job Requirements
- OSHA 30 certification
- Three plus years progressively responsible experience in safety and risk management
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to travel 70 percent as required
- Experience with MS Office Suite

- Valid driver's license
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Previous experience in construction industry safety or similar field preferred
- Background or experience in commercial facilities preferred
Job Duties
- Implement and evaluate safety efforts to support company policies with a focus on incident prevention, employee safety, and loss abatement
- Attend customer meetings as required
- Prepare various safety reports and documentation for leadership
- Stay current with OSHA, federal, state, and local safety regulations
- Conduct on-site risk assessments and job hazard analyses
- Implement controls to mitigate identified risks
- Enforce safety policies, coach and provide resources to operating teams
- Conduct accident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with OSHA recordkeeping requirements
- Facilitate safe work techniques and safety method implementations
- Lead safety audits, risk assessments, inspections, training, and meetings
- Maintain knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Travel to large construction sites within the USA
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment
- Initiate and complete workplace inspections under ABM SWOP program
- Assist with accident and incident investigations
- Coordinate and conduct ABM safety training programs
- Coordinate and conduct new hire safety training
- Work effectively with diverse populations and foreign clients
- Drive safety philosophy and implement behavior changes
- Maintain organization, accuracy, and confidentiality
