Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • experience in safety management within construction or data center projects
  • knowledge of safety regulations and standards
  • leadership and communication skills
  • ability to develop safety programs
  • relevant safety certifications preferred
  • analytical and detail-oriented
  • onsite work availability
  • willingness to travel nationally
  • valid travel documentation

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • proven experience as a safety manager or similar role in data center or construction projects
  • in-depth knowledge of construction industry safety regulations and standards
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • demonstrated ability to develop and implement safety programs
  • certifications such as OSHA 500s, CSP or equivalent highly desirable
  • analytical mindset for identifying risks and proposing solutions
  • high attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
  • ability to work onsite five days a week

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement safety program
  • conduct safety inspections
  • organize and conduct safety training and education
  • investigate incidents and manage incident records
  • ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • promote safety communication and culture
  • conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • monitor and report safety performance
  • ensure availability and proper use of safety equipment and gear
