Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- experience in safety management within construction or data center projects
- knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- leadership and communication skills
- ability to develop safety programs
- relevant safety certifications preferred
- analytical and detail-oriented
- onsite work availability
- willingness to travel nationally
- valid travel documentation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred
- proven experience as a safety manager or similar role in data center or construction projects
- in-depth knowledge of construction industry safety regulations and standards
- strong leadership and communication skills
- demonstrated ability to develop and implement safety programs
- certifications such as OSHA 500s, CSP or equivalent highly desirable
- analytical mindset for identifying risks and proposing solutions
- high attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- ability to work onsite five days a week
Job Duties
- Develop and implement safety program
- conduct safety inspections
- organize and conduct safety training and education
- investigate incidents and manage incident records
- ensure compliance with safety regulations
- promote safety communication and culture
- conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- monitor and report safety performance
- ensure availability and proper use of safety equipment and gear
