Job Requirements
- 3+ years in safety with a commercial general contractor
- fluent in both English and Spanish preferred

- 3+ years in safety with a commercial general contractor
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- ability to conduct thorough safety inspections and reports
- experience in developing and implementing safety programs
- leadership and team-building skills
Job Duties
- Conduct employee and subcontractor safety-related meetings and presentations
- review all accident and incident investigation reports for completeness and accuracy
- publish lessons learned from near misses, accidents, and incidents
- oversee walk-through inspections at project sites with project personnel
- provide technical guidance and expertise to Project Managers and Superintendents
- conduct comprehensive reviews of sites to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agency standards and company policies
- serve as primary contact and responsible for direct communication with OSHA and all safety regulatory agencies
- develop programs for monitoring subcontractor safety performance
- attend job sites regularly
- perform other duties as assigned
