Job Requirements

  • OSHA-510 certification required
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in safety management
  • Strong background in construction safety
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to represent owner interests
  • Experience working with owner reps preferred
  • Availability to work 40-60 hours per week including Saturdays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Strong background in construction safety management
  • Proven leadership in complex project environments
  • Experience working with owner representatives preferred
  • BCSP certifications strongly preferred
  • OSHA-510 certification required
  • 10 to 15 years of experience overseeing safety management

Job Duties

  • Conducting project safety inspections and orientations
  • Safety training as requested or required
  • Observation and monitoring of worksite employees and safety practices
  • Complete document reviews, contractor correspondence, and document management
  • Other tasks and activities within the realm of the EHS profession within the manager's skills, abilities, certifications, and authorizations
  • Communicating safety standards between trades, GC and sub-contractors
