- OSHA 30 certification
- three plus years progressively responsible experience in safety and risk management
- valid driver’s license
- availability to travel 70 percent as business dictates
- experience with MS Office Suite

- ability to travel up to 70 percent of the time
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- experience in construction or commercial facilities safety
Job Duties
- Implement and evaluate safety efforts to support company policies with a focus on incident prevention and loss abatement
- attend customer meetings as required
- prepare safety reports and documents for leadership
- ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local safety regulations
- conduct on-site risk assessments and job hazard analyses
- implement controls to mitigate identified risks
- enforce safety policies and coach employees
- perform accident investigations and identify root causes
- maintain OSHA recordkeeping and compliance
- facilitate safe work techniques and safety training
- lead safety audits, inspections, and meetings
- travel to construction sites to manage safety initiatives
- conduct workplace inspections and recommend corrective actions
- coordinate safety training including new hire orientation
- work effectively with diverse populations
- drive a strong safety philosophy and behavior change in operations
- maintain confidentiality and organizational accuracy
