Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in the data center or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant safety regulations
- Proven ability to develop and implement safety programs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Analytical skills to interpret safety data
- Certification in safety management such as CSP preferred

Job Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and policies in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks
- Facilitate safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors
- Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics, and recommend improvements
- Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with management and staff to promote a safe working environment
- Maintain records and documentation related to safety compliance and training
- Lead emergency response planning and execution
- Stay updated on industry safety standards and practices, implementing best practices as needed
