Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Completion of state certification program for school bus driver instructor
- Commercial driver’s license with passenger and school bus endorsements
- Strong knowledge of MS Office software
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to investigate claims and incidents
- Computer literacy

- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and transportation software
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

- Well-developed multi-tasking and time management skills
- Ability to provide coaching and mentoring
- Ability to respond to unanticipated events
- Experience investigating claims and incidents
- Computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheets
Job Duties
- Lead design and implementation of training programs for transportation personnel
- Recruit and train school bus drivers
- Provide classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction
- Conduct ongoing training and performance evaluations for drivers
- Administer and maintain random and pre-employment drug/alcohol testing programs
- Develop and conduct driver safety meetings
- Investigate accidents and safety complaints and prepare reports
