Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in EHS discipline
- OSHA 501 certification
- CSP, ASP, STS-C, IOSH and/or CHST certification equivalent
- 8+ years occupational health and/or safety experience in a construction environment

Job Duties
- Follow safe work practices in accordance to company and client worksite policies
- Work daily with Site Leadership and Safety Coordinators to strategize efforts to promote safe work practices, safety awareness culture and support compliance with internal and external requirements
- Serve as site safety champion for conducting incident and accident investigations, subsequent documentation, problem solving and implementation of countermeasures to realize safety performance targets
- Maintain safety files and records structure for corporate and field audits to verify actual results, compliance and business reporting to E2 Optics corporate and customers
- Lead investigations of accidents and injuries at E2 Optics or client sites and cooperate in preparation of materials and evidence for hearings, lawsuits, insurance investigations and regulatory agencies
- Coordinate with Human Resources with drug, alcohol, and medical screening of all employees
- Travel as required with minimal overnight stays (approximately 5%)
