Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in safety with a commercial general contractor
- Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in the Greater Austin Area
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel regularly to job sites

- Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct thorough safety audits and inspections
- Experience in developing and implementing safety programs
- Proficient in reviewing and documenting safety reports
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Conduct employee and subcontractor safety-related meetings and presentations
- Review all accident and incident investigation reports for completeness and accuracy
- Publish lessons learned from near misses, accidents, and incidents
- Oversee walk-through inspections at project sites with project personnel
- provide technical guidance and expertise to project managers and superintendents
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of sites to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agency standards and company policies
- Serve as primary contact and responsible for direct communication with OSHA and all safety regulatory agencies
- Develop programs for monitoring subcontractor safety performance
- Maintain regular job site attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned
