Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three years experience in the passenger transportation industry
- Experience in location safety management and/or operations management
- Capable of providing quality training including the creation and management of training materials
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical exam if applicable
- Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules
- Able to spend long periods sitting and using a computer
- Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Willingness to travel outside the immediate area less than 5 percent of the time

Job Duties
- Provides behind-the-wheel instruction according to corporate and client specifications in vehicle operation and passenger transportation including defensive driving and passenger loading and unloading
- Conducts classroom training in compliance with corporate and location requirements
- Ensures safety manuals, programs, policies, and procedures are current and meet location needs
- Documents all training activities and maintains accurate employee training records
- Establishes relationships with client and corporate personnel to identify training needs and resources
- Conducts monthly safety meetings
- Maintains an organized employee filing system and participates in audits and inspections to meet expectations
- Directs the location drug and alcohol program including random drug testing and file management
- Manages injury prevention program to reduce workplace injuries
- Conducts accident investigations using root-cause analysis and assigns retraining as necessary
- Maintains and posts OSHA logs
- Conducts road observations to evaluate operator safety and customer service
- Provides coaching and retraining related to Drive Cam
- Responds to customer service comments related to the transportation service
- Performs other duties as assigned
