  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong observational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Reports and documents incidents accurately and promptly
  • Assists in investigations and maintains accurate security records
  • Provides assistance and direction to visitors and team members
  • Offers a visible presence to deter potential threats
  • Enforces company policies and ensures compliance with legal and safety standards
  • Maintains clear communication with team and supervisors
