Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in security or hospitality customer service
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally
- Proficiency with computer systems
- Strong observational skills to identify safety and security issues
- Commitment to follow company safety policies and procedures
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience in security and/or hospitality customer service roles
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to perform work safely and follow company policies
- Ability to monitor work area for safety and security concerns
Job Duties
- Provide staffing for multiple family hospitality and safety service points including hospital information desks and waiting room desks
- Monitor designated working areas for safety and security concerns
- Report safety and security issues to the supervisor or UAMS Police Department
- Interact professionally and assist the public with effective communication and a friendly demeanor
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safe work practices
- Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, management, and ancillary departments
- Assist internal and external stakeholders with exceptional customer service
