Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in busser, repair and maintenance, or housekeeping
- Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation and disinfection procedures
- Ability to perform minor repairs
- Must wear certified slip resistant or non-slip shoes during work
- Ability to comply with all safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Must arrive on time and wear designated restaurant uniform
- Must participate in required trainings and examinations
- Strong teamwork skills
- Detail oriented
- Must be available for full-time hours
Job Qualifications
- One year of experience performing full-range cleaning and sanitation activities in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Completion of infectious disease cleaning and sanitation training preferred
- Ability to work as a team player
- Detail oriented in carrying out tasks
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation policies and protocols
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to comply with hygiene and personal grooming requirements
Job Duties
- Disinfects all high touch areas in the kitchen with a disposable towel and spray disinfectant
- Maintains hand sanitizers in all designated areas of the restaurant
- Conducts bathroom inspections, cleans, sanitizes and disinfects surfaces
- Performs minor repairs
- Assists General Manager or Manager on Duty with conducting COVID-19 screening and medical tests
- Performs other work activities to support the safe and efficient operation of the restaurant as requested by management
- Demonstrates a responsive, caring and respectful approach in all personal interactions
