- 5+ years of previous construction safety experience
- Bachelor's degree in safety or related fields preferred
- OSHA 30 - Construction certification
- Experience in safety program development
- Demonstrated safety leadership
- Technical construction understanding

Job Duties
- Conduct site safety observations, including documentation of findings
- Facilitate corrective measures where warranted
- Represent the contractor or the Owner in progress meetings
- Verify compliance with safety policies and procedures as required by law, the Owner, or contractor
- Attend pre-construction planning and safety meetings
- Provide incident management and support
- Prepare documentation and reports
- Conduct contractor program reviews
