Job Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- completion of residency in family medicine, internal medicine, or emergency medicine
- valid and unrestricted medical license
- current board certification or eligibility in relevant specialty
- excellent bedside manner
- ability to work flexible hours
- willingness to participate in membership-based medical practice
- commitment to managing a patient panel primarily consisting of seniors
Job Qualifications
- Board certified or eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or emergency medicine
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- experience or interest in concierge medicine preferred
- ability to manage a patient panel focused on senior care
- strong commitment to patient-centered care
- capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively
- valid medical license to practice in California
Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive concierge medical care to a small patient panel
- manage between 3-8 patients daily in-person including visits to Assisted Living Facilities
- build and maintain strong doctor-patient relationships with an emphasis on senior patients
- collaborate with a collegial medical team
- maintain outstanding bedside manner in all patient interactions
- manage flexible scheduling and patient panel growth
- ensure high-quality personalized care in a membership-based practice setting
