Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- genuine desire to work with seniors
- reliable car
- valid driver’s license
- proof of auto insurance
- ability to work flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours
- pass criminal background check
- pass drug screening
- negative TB test
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services
- help seniors go shopping at their local Chaparral Ranch market
- go to lunch or grab an ice cream with clients
- assist with bathing and grooming to maintain dignity
- provide incontinence care management
- perform light housekeeping
- prepare meals to maintain vitality
- remind clients to take medication
- ensure memory care safety
- assist with physical therapy exercises
- monitor hospice care status and report changes in condition
