Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in commission-based sales, automotive sales, RV sales, marine sales, or other big-ticket retail environments
  • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate and demonstrate recreational vehicles
  • Proficiency with digital sales tools and basic computer applications
  • Strong communication skills in English for customer interaction and sales negotiations
