Job Description

The company is currently seeking an RV Sales Associate to join its dynamic and expanding team. This role centers on following a trusted door-to-deal sales process to sell new and used recreational vehicles while delivering the highest quality of customer service. As part of Campers Inn RV's industry-leading team, the Sales Associate will help customers find their perfect "Away" by supporting the RV lifestyle with expert knowledge and enthusiastic communication. The position involves conducting demonstrations of RV units, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market trends and dealership inventory, and closing sales in close collaboration with the Finance and Insurance team.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be able to obtain State Sales License if required
- Minimum of one year of RV sales experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to learn computer system applications
- Physical ability to move RVs and perform tasks requiring lifting and reaching
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required

- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills

- Knowledge or ability to learn computer company system applications, including Motility Systems2K, MS Office and other software as applicable
- Ability to move RVs of various sizes
- Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
- Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Follow our trusted door to deal sales process
- Work with an industry leading team to sell new and used RVs with highest quality customer experience
- Conduct effective demonstration of units
- Working knowledge of each product being sold
- Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team
- Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
- Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organization
- Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory
- Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management
- Attend RV shows and location events as needed
