Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications
  • Ability to manage cash and deposit transactions
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to work Saturdays and flexible hours including occasional evenings

Job Duties

  • Receive, check, and organize incoming inventory
  • Complete daily bank deposits and maintain records
  • Turn in receipts to the back office for processing
  • Ensure buyer's orders are filed and stored properly
  • Process refunds and file documentation
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Schedule and confirm demo appointments
