Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- professional personal appearance
- excellent communication skills
- ability to meet company’s production and quality standards
- ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform prolonged standing walking bending twisting stooping kneeling squatting lifting over 50 lbs reaching overhead climbing stairs repetitive hand and finger movement grasping grabbing pushing and pulling
- ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- knowledge of federal state and local business regulations
- willingness to review work performance for continuous improvement
- ability to uphold confidentiality policies
- positive interaction with others and influence morale
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly moving RVs as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
- make a daily inspection of showroom and service entrance doors and wash as necessary
- keep the sidewalk along with street free debris
- maintain dealership premises as directed by supervisor or manager
- detail and make units ready for delivery assist with pre-delivery inspections
- perform janitorial work
- perform other duties as assigned
