The Host role at Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern is central to delivering outstanding guest experiences and creating "raving fans" out of patrons, associates, purveyors, partners, and the community members. The Host functions as the welcoming face for guests both over the phone and in person, ensuring a positive first impression. This role involves managing guest seating efficiently to optimize service quality, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.
