Job Duties

  • Prepare and portion hot and cold food items including salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers
  • Wash, peel, slice, and mix vegetables, fruits, pasta, meats, and cheeses
  • Measure and mix ingredients precisely following recipes to make dressings, sauces, and various food items
  • Maintain proper food safety techniques including personal hygiene, hand washing, and safe knife handling
  • Ensure all food items meet company specifications, quality standards, and presentation requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, walls, and shelving
  • Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately and comply with emergency procedures
