Job Duties

  • Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
  • Maintain and clean uniform according to restaurant requirements
  • Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all shifts
  • Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests' questions about the restaurant
  • Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
  • Cooperate with management and co-workers and assist others with duties if needed
  • Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion
  • Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Report potentially unsafe conditions and properly use materials and equipment
  • Know emergency procedures in the restaurant
  • Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures stated in the associate handbook
