- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset but not required

- Basic understanding of safety, health, and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
- Maintain and clean uniform according to restaurant requirements
- Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all shifts
- Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests' questions about the restaurant
- Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
- Cooperate with management and co-workers and assist others with duties if needed
- Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion
- Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Report potentially unsafe conditions and properly use materials and equipment
- Know emergency procedures in the restaurant
- Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures stated in the associate handbook
