This role centers on directing and managing the flow of thousands of guests arriving and departing from live events at various venues. The position requires an individual who is customer service oriented, physically able, and efficient in managing vehicle ingress and egress to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all attendees. Key responsibilities include directing guests safely to their designated parking spots, collecting parking fees, scanning tickets upon entry, and responding to guests' questions to facilitate a positive experience right from their arrival. Additionally, the role involves some physically demanding tasks such as setting up and taking down barricades, cones, and parking signs, as well as helping to clean parking lots before breaks and after events conclude.
Working as part of a team or independently, individuals in this position must possess strong interpersonal and verbal skills as they are the first point of contact for guests entering the venue. The job requires stamina and the ability to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions, including walking, standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, and lifting 30 pounds or more. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to work in outdoor environments in rain or shine
- ability to lift and carry 30 pounds or more
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- previous experience in similar roles preferred

Job Duties
- safely direct the fans to park in the appropriate space in the designated lot
- collect parking fee and scan guest parking tickets upon venue entry
- answer questions the guests might have upon venue entry
- set up and tear down the barricades, cones and parking signs
- help in cleaning the lots before break and after the cars have exited
- demonstrate strong sense of teamwork and ability to work independently on assigned tasks
- use strong interpersonal and verbal skills as the first point of contact welcoming guests to the venue
