Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs
- Excellent personal hygiene
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines consistently

Job Duties
- Provides support to front of house team members by stocking all service areas and maintaining adequate supplies during meal period
- Assists with service of beverages
- Transports food trays to dining room
- Cleans all public areas
- Completes all assigned opening and closing side work to prepare dining areas and bathrooms
- Sweeps and mops dining areas regularly
- Cleans windows regularly
- Sweeps stairs
- Restocks condiments and soda supplies
- Refills soda machines with ice and keeps them clean
- Cleans dining tables regularly
- Fills napkin holders regularly
- Removes trash to trash room or dumpster
- Completes bathroom checklists every half hour
- Transports dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- Ensures organized food pick-up area in kitchen and service areas during shifts
- Maintains full knowledge of menus, kitchen procedures, product guidelines, standards, floor plans, seating charts, and restaurant information
- Communicates health and safety concerns to management promptly
- Alerts kitchen staff or manager of stock shortages
- Attends informational and team building meetings
- Performs all other related duties as assigned
