Job Description

Our establishment is a dynamic and guest-focused restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences to every patron. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and atmosphere. As a busy and vibrant restaurant, we emphasize teamwork, efficiency, and clear communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless operation and guest satisfaction. Employing a Runner/Expo is key to our dining service, acting as the crucial link between the kitchen staff and guests. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment with competitive pay in line with industry standards.

The Runner/Expo plays a pivotal role in the dining experience by ensuring that food plates are completed in the kitchen and delivered swiftly and accurately to guests. This position requires continuous movement and attention to detail — from reading tickets, finishing plates, and running food, to describing dishes at the table and communicating any guest requests or needs. You will be responsible for assisting servers during slower periods and maintaining both back-of-house and front-of-house stations fully stocked and clean. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and poised under pressure to create an exceptional and seamless dining experience for our guests. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, great team interaction, and an opportunity to be part of a well-established restaurant that values quality and customer service.
