Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to follow all food safety protocols
  • Must pass background check and eligibility verification through E-Verify

Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently
  • Serve food orders accurately and courteously
  • Present self professionally to guests at all times
  • Check food orders for accuracy including sides and extras
  • Deliver food with appropriate garnishments
  • Ensure timely delivery of food orders especially for multiple guests
  • Communicate important information to guests and servers such as hot plates or guest requests
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for condiments or other items
  • Continually clear dishes and debris to maintain clean stations
  • Maintain knowledge of table numbers and restaurant layout
  • Report guest food allergy inquiries to management immediately
  • Ensure station meets company standards for service and cleanliness
