In this role, the Suite/Premium Services Runner will be tasked with serving food and beverages, including soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer, while managing the setup, cleanup, and maintenance of clean and safe work areas. The role requires knowledge of food and beverage offerings at the venue, including other food, beverage, and retail outlets, to provide informed assistance to guests.
Suites and premium seating areas demand a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness, all of which are central to the responsibilities of the Suite/Premium Services Runner. This position calls for individuals who are quick, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and a guest service mindset play essential roles in creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for patrons.
Employment in this role is dynamic and often includes working extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the venue’s event-driven schedule. Successful candidates will have prior experience in busy bars, high-end clubs, or restaurants, demonstrating their ability to thrive in demanding hospitality environments. Physical stamina is also necessary, as the role involves reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, pulling, and lifting items weighing between 10 to 50 pounds.
