The Suites Runner position is a vital role within SAVOR's event service team. This customer service-oriented role is responsible for supporting Suites Servers in delivering a seamless experience during events by managing the preparation, stocking, and running of food and beverage products to and from the suites. The Suites Runner ensures that all suites and suite pantries are fully stocked before events begin, assists during the events by replenishing supplies as needed, and helps restock product efficiently afterward to prepare for subsequent events. This role demands physical stamina and the ability to stand and move for long periods, as it involves constant walking, lifting, and interaction with guests and staff.
The Suites Runner must exhibit a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a guest service mindset. While no formal experience is required, prior experience in food service or a customer-facing business environment is preferred to facilitate understanding of event operations and customer needs. Successful candidates will follow all SAVOR policies and procedures, including those related to food and alcohol service, and will display exceptional grooming and appearance standards consistent with the company's service guidelines.

Job Duties
- Be responsible for prepping and running of product to Suite Servers and their locations through-out an event
- Assist Suite Servers with stocking and replenishing supplies before, during, and after events
- Perform cleaning and organizational tasks in the Suites and Suite pantry areas
- Follow all SAVOR policies and procedures related to food and alcohol service
- Communicate effectively with Suite Servers, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Adhere to Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned to support event success
