Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 45 pounds
strong communication skills
availability to work weekends and holidays
reliable and punctual
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to handle repetitive hand and wrist motions
adherence to safety and sanitation policies

Job Duties

Assist servers in delivering food to guests in a timely and accurate manner
clear tables and ensure they are clean and ready for the next guest
maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area including floors, chairs, and table settings
work collaboratively with all team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
prepare dining room for patrons by cleaning and setting decorations, condiments, napkins, service plates, and utensils
protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
support wait staff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands, trash container liners, and bus stations
