Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is an advantage but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure

- availability to work weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- physical ability to perform duties including standing bending lifting up to 45 pounds and repetitive hand and wrist motion
Job Duties
- assist servers in delivering food to guests in a timely and accurate manner
- clear tables and ensure that they are clean and ready for the next guest
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area including floors chairs and table settings
- work collaboratively with all team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- prepare dining room for patrons by cleaning and setting decorations condiments napkins service plates and utensils
- adhere to sanitation and safety policies to protect establishment and patrons
- maintain menu presentation by keeping menus clean and in good condition
- remove courses as completed replenish utensils and be alert to patron spills or other special needs
- support wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands trash container liners and bus stations
- close dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables sweeping or vacuuming floors removing trash and recyclables
- update job knowledge by participating in staff training
- provide food to guests efficiently and accurately
- anticipate guests needs and respond accordingly
- communicate effectively and provide excellent guest service
- handle stress in a fast-paced environment
- multitask effectively
- transfer food items to and from kitchen
