- Complete closing duties including storing all reusable goods
- break down goods
- clean all equipment and areas
- return equipment to proper locations

- restock items
- turn off lights
- lock doors
- complete daily cleaning checklist
- set up work areas
- stock work areas
- maintain work area cleanliness
- inspect cleanliness and presentation of china glass and silverware
- follow company safety policies and procedures
- report accidents injuries unsafe conditions to manager
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain clean professional personal appearance
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests
- use clear professional language
- answer telephones appropriately
